Eleni Siouti
Eleni Siouti is an international legal counsel admitted to the Athens Bar, with more than 15 years of experience in M&A, international commercial law, energy projects, finance, and corporate law. She is a founding partner of SPV law firm, a member of the Gender Committee of the Hellenic Association of Mountaineering and Climbing (EOOA) and mentor at startup accelerators and innovation platforms.
Prior to establishing SPV law firm, she was a partner at a leading law firm in Greece, advising multinational clients on complex cross-border commercial transactions, privatizations, and finance transactions. She has also served as Head of Legal Counsel for a maritime group and an IT services provider, and has worked for English law firms in Paris.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London. She is fluent in Greek, English, and French, and also speaks German and Spanish.

Athena Papikinou
Athena Papikinou is a founding partner of SPV Law Firm and an Attorney at Law admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece. Her practice focuses on labor law, consumer law, administrative law, and civil law, advising individuals and businesses on a broad range of contentious and advisory matters.
Prior to establishing SPV Law Firm, she was a partner at a leading law firm in Greece, where she advised clients on a wide spectrum of legal matters, gaining significant experience across diverse areas of legal practice. She has extensive experience in handling intricate legal disputes and providing strategic advice on regulatory and contractual matters.
She holds a PhD from Ruhr University Bochum, an LL.M. from Freie Universität Berlin, and an LL.M. in Civil Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her international academic background provides her with a strong comparative perspective on legal systems and cross-border legal issues.
She is fluent in Greek, English, and German and is committed to delivering clear, practical, and effective legal solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
Rania Valta
Rania Valta is a founding partner of SPV Law Firm, specializing in energy, commercial, and real estate law. She advises energy producers, investors, and corporate entities on regulatory compliance and commercial transactions, focusing on complex projects and large-scale developments. Her practice integrates regulatory advisory with transactional support, helping clients navigate evolving legal frameworks and implement sophisticated investment strategies.
Prior to establishing the firm, Rania gained extensive experience advising leading energy producers and contributing to significant real estate projects.
She holds an LL.M. in Maritime Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MSc in Energy: Strategy, Law & Economics from the University of Piraeus.
Her academic background provides a strong analytical foundation and a comparative perspective, particularly in regulated industries and commercial environments.
She is fluent in Greek, English, and German.
